Where is Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit located?

What are the hours of the event?

Friday, September 16, 2022: 12pm – 6pm.
NOTE: The VIP Kick-off Party from 12pm-3pm requires an additional ticket that can be purchased
here. General admission is from 3pm-6pm.

Saturday, September 17, 2022: 8am – 6pm

Sunday, September 18, 2022: 8am – 3pm

What is the difference between the Outdoor Summit Day Pass and the Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass?

The Outdoor Summit Day Pass grants the ticket holder access to the Summit for 1 day only ($15/day). The Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass grants the ticket holder access to the Summit for all 3 days ($40/pass). Both passes grant ticket holders access to free clinics, seminars, demonstrations, the Kids Zone, live music and performances.

How much is admission for children?

Children 12 and under are free to enter the main event. Children 13 and older require a regular-priced, general admission Outdoor Summit Day Pass or Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass. Excursions and Campsite Passes are additional costs and can be added to your weekend experience through our website.

Is a military discount offered?

We appreciate the brave men and women who have served and are currently serving our country; we are proud to offer a 20% discount on admission tickets, excluding excursions and 4×4 track tickets, and event merchandise to veterans with valid military ID. Please note that this discount can only be applied in person, at the event, the weekend of September 16-18.

What parking is available and is there a fee?

All parking for this event is free. Please visit our event map page for full details. There will be 3 parking lots for use during this event: 1.) The main Findlay Toyota Center parking lot located in front of the event center with access from N. Glassford Hill Rd. 2.) Overflow parking, with shuttle service, located in the Entertainment District, 1 block south of the Findlay Toyota Center. 3.) Additional overflow parking, no shuttle service available at this location, located at in the Civic Center parking lot, 2 blocks north of the Findlay Toyota Center. 

Is there a shuttle service for overflow parking?

Parking at the Entertainment District, one block south of Findlay Toyota Center, will have a shuttle service running throughout the entire event. Please visit our event map page for location information. 

What is the refund policy?

We understand that life happens and plans change; we are happy to refund ticket and campsite purchases through September 1, 2022; beginning September 2, 2022  no refunds will be issued. Campsite refunds will have a $25 administration fee deducted from the total paid.

Are there disability accommodations?

The entire event space accommodates wheelchair use.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in the campground only. Pets are NOT allowed in the main event except for certified service dogs.

Can I bring my own food and beverage into the event?

No outside food and drink allowed except for unopened bottled water. Campers are allowed to have outside food and drink within the campground only.

What food and drink is available?

Findlay Toyota Center has an inhouse restaurant offering food, beverage and alcohol. The outdoor food court near the outdoor stage will have many food trucks and Founding Fathers Collective will be hosting the Beer Garden.

Where can I stay overnight during the event weekend?

Prescott Valley and the surrounding area has a variety of choices in hotels, campgrounds, Airbnb’s, and let’s not forget the official Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit on-site campground that comes with all the perks.

 

VIP Weekend Warrior Campsite Passes Include:

  • 2 Nights of Dry Camping for 2 Adults** (Generators welcome from 7am-10pm)
  • 1 Rig, plus 1 Vehicle on Your Site (Back-In ONLY Site)
  • 2 Event Wristbands
  • 2 Meals (Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday)

  • 1 Night of S’mores
  • Access to VIP Camper’s Community Area

** NOTE: Each additional camper, 13 years of age & older, must purchase an “Additional Camper Pass” (12 & Under FREE). The maximum number of campers per campsite is 8 people, including children. **

What does a VIP Weekend Warrior Campsite Pass include?

Your choice of a rig site (20’x55’) or tent site (20’x20’) and both include 2 nights of dry camping for 2 adults, 2 weekend passes to the event, two catered breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday), 1 night of s’mores, 2 campers raffle tickets, and access to the VIP campers community area where exclusive demonstrations by the Backcountry Sponsors.

What is the in-app Adventure Quest game?

Adventure Quest is our virtual scavenger hunt game facilitated by Eventzee and free to play along. Over the 3 day weekend we will release a series of scavenger hunts or geocaching type tasks. Complete each task to build up points, watch yourself climb the leaderboard for a chance at winning one of the many prizes we will be giving away.

How do I access the Adventure Quest game?

During the event, visit one of our ticket or merchandise booths for more information. Or you can access the game directly by signing into the Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit app.

Where will the Adventure Quest game challenges take place?

TheAdventure Quest game will take place throughout Prescott Valley and within the event itself. There will be a variety of challenges to complete including photo, video, GPS, and QR code challenges.

What type of vehicles are allowed on the 4x4 Rock Crawl Area and Demo Track?

We are stoked to be able to accommodate all types of off-road vehicles on our 4×4 Rock Crawl Area and Demo Track. As we design this track and watch it evolve, we continue to find new ways to include all types of rigs from mountain bikes and e-bikes to side-by-sides, quads and trucks… you name it, we want you to bring it out! If you are unsure about whether or not your off-road vehicle will be allowed on our track, send us an email inquiry to [email protected].

How do I sign up for a seminar?

Seminars are free and no registration is necessary. Visit our Schedule of Events page or Seminars and Clinics page to view the seminar schedule and details. The indoor stage will seat around 40 people. The outdoor stage faces the picnic area in the outdoor food court and also has rows of seating directly in front of the stage. Seating is first come first served. 

How do I sign up for a clinic?

Clinics are free and hosted at exhibitor’s booth spaces. Visit our Schedule of Events page or Seminars and Clinics page to view the clinics schedule and details. Seating is first come first served.

What is the Kids Zone and where is it located?

Children will enjoy free activities provided by exhibitors over the course of the event. The Kids Zone is located inside Findlay Toyota Center.

What are your security regulations?

A hired security detail will ensure safety throughout the event. Bag checks are performed at the door. Neither concealed carry nor open carry of firearms will be permitted within the event; this includes both the indoor and outdoor areas of the event. Strollers and wagons are permitted. No outside food and drink allowed except for unopened bottled water. Campers are allowed to have outside food and drink within the campground only.
