Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass (general admission) – $30
Outdoor Summit Day Pass (general admission) – $17
What is the difference between the Outdoor Summit Day Pass and the Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass?
The Outdoor Summit Day Pass grants the ticket holder access to the Summit for 1 day only ($17/day). The Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass grants the ticket holder access to the Summit for both days ($30/pass).
How much is admission for children?
Children 12 and under are free to enter the main event. Children 13 and older require a regular-priced, general admission Outdoor Summit Day Pass or Outdoor Summit Weekend Warrior Pass. Onsite Adventures and Campsite Passes are additional costs and can be added to your weekend experience through our website.
Is a military discount offered?
We appreciate the brave men and women who have served and are currently serving our country; we are proud to offer a 20% discount on admission tickets to veterans with valid military ID.
What parking is available and is there a fee?
Event parking is included with the purchase of your admission ticket. Please visit our event map page for full details. There will not be overflow parking. Parking will be available at:
- The main Findlay Toyota Center parking lot located in front of the event center with access from N. Glassford Hill Rd.
What is the refund policy?
We understand life happens and plans change, though unfortunately we are unable to process ticket refunds after purchase. We are happy to refund campsite purchases through September 15, 2023; beginning September 16, 2023 no refunds will be issued. Campsite refunds will have a $25 administration fee deducted from the total paid.
Are there disability accommodations?
The entire event space accommodates wheelchair use.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets and pets are welcome.
Can I bring my own food and beverage into the event?
No outside food and drink allowed except for unopened bottled water. Campers are allowed to have outside food and drink within the campground only.
What food and drink will be available during the event?
Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit will take place inside Findlay Toyota Center as well as the almost 20-acre lot to the northwest. Findlay Toyota Center offers food from Gabby’s Grill along the outer corridor of the event center and we are excited to host a Picnic Area with food trucks from around the state and a wonderful Beer Garden hosted by Founding Fathers Collective.

What is included in the VIP Camping Experience Pass
- Access to the VIP Camper Community area for 1 person, Friday and Saturday night
- This does not include the price of campsite

What type of vehicles are allowed on the Off-Road Experience?
We are stoked to be able to accommodate all types of off-road vehicles on our Off-Road Experience. As we design this track and watch it evolve, we continue to find new ways to include all types of rigs from Jeeps, side by sides, modified off-road vehicles, and dirt bikes. If you are unsure about whether or not your off-road vehicle will be allowed on our track, send us an email inquiry to [email protected].

How do I sign up for a seminar / clinic?
Seminars are free and no registration is necessary. Visit our Schedule of Events page or Seminars and Clinics page to view the seminar schedule and details. The indoor stage will seat around 40 people. Seating is first come first served.
What kid friendly activities are available?
Kids can enjoy bounce houses, climbing wall, fishing activities, archery activities, face paintings, balloon twisters, and more.
What are your security regulations?
A hired security detail will ensure safety throughout the event. Bag checks are performed at the door. Neither concealed carry nor open carry of firearms will be permitted within the event; this includes both the indoor and outdoor areas of the event. Strollers and wagons are permitted. No outside food and drink allowed except for unopened bottled water. Campers are allowed to have outside food and drink within the campground only.
