Vendor Setup
Doors open at 8:00am (to vendors only) to allow vendors to begin setting up. Plan on being completed by 5:00pm.

Rough Rider Tech Inspection
Proper inspections will take place for all Rough Rider entries. Exact time is currently TBD.
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Kick Off Party
The party takes place in the Entertainment District (Prescott Valley) and includes live music by Road One South. Concessions will be available for purchase including beer, wine, softdrinks, and snacks. Bring your lawnchairs and enjoy this free concert under the stars. Made possible by the Fain Signature Group.

Opening Ceremony
Opening ceremony to take place in the entertainment district (Prescott Valley), with emphasizing on celebrating freedom and remembering the brave. Includes VIP address / speakers.

Summit 4X4’s Xtreme Obstacle Course

Guidance Aviation will be providing shuttle transportation to the Summit.

Inside the Findlay Toyota Center you will find all kinds of outdoors-related exhibits. Browse to your hearts content in air-conditioned comfort before heading back outside.
