Vendor Setup

Doors open at 8:00am (to vendors only) to allow vendors to begin setting up. Plan on being completed by 5:00pm.

Kick Off Party

The party takes place in the Entertainment District (Prescott Valley) and includes live music by Road One South. Concessions will be available for purchase including beer, wine, softdrinks, and snacks. Bring your lawnchairs and enjoy this free concert under the stars. Made possible by the Fain Signature Group.

Summit 4X4’s Overland Xperience Course

This course will be available all day long. So bring out your rig and test if out over obstacles that you would encounter in the back woods such as rocks, logs, holes and off camber hills. REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE TO ENTER!

Helicopter Shuttle Flights by Guidance Air

Guidance Air will be providing shuttle transportation from the Outdoors Summit to the Rough Rider 100 event just a few blocks away. There is a fee for the helicopter shuttle that is currently TBD.

Indoor Exhibits

Inside the Findlay Toyota Center you will find all kinds of outdoors-related exhibits. Browse to your hearts content in air-conditioned comfort before heading back outside.

Free Shuttle Service

We have free standard shuttle rides between the Outdoors Summit and the Rough Rider 100 event. The route takes you through the entertainment district to the Findlay Toyota Center and then down to the Rough Rider 100. Shuttles run 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Summit 4X4’s Xtreme Obstacle Course

This event consists of 3 classes (stock, modified and pro modified) with over 15 different obstacles ranging from Rock Crawling, Hill Climbs, Log Crawls, Deep Trenches, Tractor Tire obstacles, Off Camber Hills and more!! NOTE: This event will have by-passes on the more difficult obstacles. • 10 min per rig to get through course • […]
