The 2023 Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit exhibitors registration is well ahead of last year’s count as 36 exhibitors have already registered for the annual outdoor event taking place September 30th – October 1st at the Findlay Toyota Center. In 2022, the event garnered just over 70 exhibitors and 4,500 attendees.
“We’ve had a jumpstart on last year since so much was already in place from 2022. This year, our goal is 100+ exhibitors and 6,000 attendees. We have increased our marketing spend and regional outreach based on the success of our first year in 2022. We also listened to a lot of great input from past exhibitors and attendees. If you look at this year’s event map, things are consolidated and reorganized. New to the 2023 event include rock climbing walls for those outdoor enthusiasts that like heights and rappelling, a dog lounge for your best friends, and three outdoor vehicle courses including a new motorcycle dirt track to complement the 4×4 rock crawl and the mountain bike track to name just a few of the new features added to the Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit,” says Guy Roginson.

Near Zero’s creation stems from a love for the outdoors of company founder Scott Jensen and his fond memories of spending countless nights under the stars as a Boy Scout, as well as adventuring with his father and five brothers. An avid outdoorsman and backpacker, his father Dean, was known to religiously weigh each piece of equipment before an outing and to hike a mile from his home for impromptu overnighters in the Arizona desert, just to test out new gear. For years, Scott and Dean dreamed of starting their own outdoor gear company. Then in June 2018, Dean unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. After his passing, that dream became Scott’s passion, and Near Zero was born.
As Scott’s business and product line grew, he realized making lightweight, quality equipment that could unlock access to the outdoors for anyone willing to strap on a pack was paramount. He made sure his tents were constructed with the highest quality fabrics and designed them so you could see unobstructed views and the night stars. Sleeping bags and camping accessories all had to pass the test his father would have put them through.
Then, in 2022 Scott introduced Near Zero’s newest backpack. THE DEAN backpacking system not only honors his father’s legacy, it inspires confidence in those seeking a respite from nature. It empowers and encourages everyone to get outside and experience the magnificence and simplicity of the great outdoors. Just like Dean did.

Prescott Valley Outdoor Summitmanagement just announced they will be adding an off-road motorcycle track for the second annual outdoor event taking place September 30th and October 1st at the Findlay Toyota Center and surrounding outdoor grounds. This new off-road motorcycle track will complement the two existing tracks which are the rock crawl – offroad experience track and the mountain bike pump track. In total, there will be three outdoor dirt tracks at the 2023 Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit.
The 2023 Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit will have 3 separate outdoor dirt tracks. Motorcycle, Rock Crawl and Mountain Bike.

The 2023 Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit has just been announced by the Fain Family Foundation. On the weekend of September 30th – October 1st, 2023, the Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit will take place at the Findlay Toyota Center and adjacent outdoor grounds surrounding central Arizona’s premier events arena.
“We had a fantastic inaugural event in 2022 and we learned a lot. For the 2023 Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit, some of the many improvements include a new Summit Social Committee, increased regional advertising, a consolidated outdoor exhibitor space for a more personalized experience with our outdoor exhibitors and sponsors, an enhanced rock crawl and off-road poker run, added camping & rv space for all exhibitors packages, and new to 2023 are climbing walls and a dog lounge to name just a few of the editions to the 2023 Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit. This year we are very proud to say that Grammy nominated singer, songwriter Candace Devine came to our aid, lining up the main stage bands for September’s Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit. Candace’s production company is Further West Productions, a production company that pays it forward. Their mission is to create content and events that showcase local artists, as well as creatives around the globe. Her band is Ponderosa Grove.

They jam songs from the Stones, Dylan, John Hiatt, Bob Schneider, Beatles, Steve Miller, Grateful Dead, The Band, John Lennon, Delbert McClinton, Paul Simon, Winery Dogs, Dr. John, and Jerry Riopelle’s.
Scandalous Hands is a four-piece rock band out of Prescott, Arizona. The band came together back in October of 2016, when Troy Schilperoort, Adam Haar, and Dennis Messenger began working on a set of musical material that could incorporate funk grooves, jazz harmonic structures, and the exploratory improvisation of jam bands. Shawnee Snaketail soon joined the group on drums, completing the band’s roster. Since then, Scandalous Hands continues to grow, debuting new material with each performance, and unleashing an explosive inventiveness in their covers of familiar classics.
Having started as a street musician and working his way up to world tours, Richardson has been celebrated as an inductee into Arizona’s Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame.
The Cross-Eyed Possumis an adventurous, deep-thinking, and energetic band. Introducing identical twin brother duo Jason and Jonah Howard! They write and perform original Folk, Americana, and Rock’n’Roll music.
King Copper is a traditional jazz band from Prescott, Arizona and plays old hot jazz songs from the 1920s.
